Funding the Croydon Green Party election campaign

It is a sad indictment of our democracy but it is a fact that running in elections costs money.

 

We have to put up £500 deposit to run in each constituency, so that is £2,500 across Croydon and Sutton. We also need to pay for our leaflets to get our message out to voters. We try to keep this spend to a sensible level but this will still cost us around £2,800 during this election campaign.

 

Unlike the other parties, we don't get funds from millionaire tax-dodgers and big business. We rely on support from people like you. So if you are able to contribute to our campaign, any donation no matter how big is welcome.
